Recognising that the retail space is ever evolving, that trends and expectations are constantly changing and that they need to be consistently adapting is one key to their survival in arguably one of the toughest and most fickle market places.

With this evolution has come the development of a top quality e-store and purpose built photographic studio at the top class DC. A position has been created to head up, drive and lead the new on line channel. Brisbane based across two locations, head office and DC, you will run a team of around 10 and will be responsible for the entire channel, from look and feel to the logistics/fulfillment process. 

You will be able to identify opportunities to enhance the site functionality, analyse site use/interaction and customer traffic and be able to make adjustments and improvements to deliver commercial benefits.

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a background and understanding of the retail environment, at least 5 years experience in the e-commerce space with a track record of delivering ROI, building successful direct marketing and sales channels, an intimate knowledge and understanding of e-commerce and e-retailing principles and a strong commercial understanding of analytics tools and methodologies. In short you will be taking the business owners on a journey and helping them see that this is a new business - not an additional store.

This is not a role for the faint hearted, you will need to be resilient, a driver, confident in your abilities and in being able to convey your understanding and experience in the e-commerce space. You will need to be a confident leader and deliverer of change and progress.
