IT / People Manager

My client is a leading financial and insurance comparison website. They have been a market leader for more than the last 13 years, their neutral opinion and commentary on all financial matters has helped many consumers over the years. As such the words: trustworthy, honest, none bias, easy to understand and reliable has become synonymous with their brand.

Due to the constant demand on their service, they are looking for a IT / People Manager to help take them to the next frontier. The role needs the incumbent to be able to link the demanding business requirements (a commercial understanding of the digital media / publisher space) with the best technology allowing the continued delivery of their services. You must possess strong Project Management experience, sound digital media business acumen and have a proven track record in leading and developing a team and obviously be Technology agnostic. The given prerequisites of an exceptional communicator, forward thinker, visionary, personable and head of the curve mindset are a must.
