In November 2012 I launched Leading Role Recruitment. As a sole proprietor, I have the freedom and desire to deliver small Australian businesses a better recruitment service at a more reasonable price.

I love getting to know the companies that I partner with. I’m driven to understand how they operate, what drives them and what holds them back. The more in-depth my knowledge of a company is, the better I will be able to offer support from a resource perspective; and the better I can match them with new people when the need arises.

For me though, recruitment is about more than matching people with companies. Recruitment is about being part of an organisations growth, supporting them beyond a hiring need. Recruitment is about sharing the valuable insight I’ve drawn from other businesses facing similar challenges. For me, recruitment is about bouncing ideas and uncovering ways to increase staff efficiency reduce costs or simply make things run more smoothly.

I understand that as a small business operator, the time you need to find new staff is also the time that you have your sleeves rolled up trying to get through an increased workload. Stress levels are running high and taking time out to write a job description, let alone a job ad, can be next to impossible. 

I can work with you to help take the pressure off and I am experienced in working with businesses similar to yours. I have a different business model to most recruiters and I would enjoy an opportunity to visit you and discuss how I can work within your budget to deliver best in class recruitment solutions.
