IAM is currently the only software of this kind available on the Australian market that meets all Government’s requirements and compliance.  The product is simple, easy to use and much cheaper to operate.

Position Summary

 

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for producing incremental sales revenue in all States.

 

 Key success indicators include consistent attainment of monthly and quarterly regional sales targets as well as the continual development and enhancement of internal and external processes to help achieve these goals.

 

 Essential Functions

 

·         Identify and qualify potential customers, including cold calling and development of leads through referral channels, to establish relationships and generate product revenue.

 

 ·         Manage the pipeline of  sales opportunities from  prospective customers to ensure that sales goals are achieved. This includes the qualification of opportunities within the pipeline, proper prioritization of activities, and management of time and commitments to ensure priority opportunities move through the sales cycle.

 

·         Close of sales to prospects and customers in order to attain revenue goals and contribute to company profitability. This includes software presentation, performing or coordinating phone and web demonstrations when necessary.

 

·         Implement and provide feedback on sales and marketing campaigns as required.

 

·         Other duties as required or directed.

 

Required Skills and Experience

 

·         Proven track record of attaining and exceeding sales targets.  Fundamentally results driven and target focused.

·         Inside sales experience, specifically lead management in a closed-loop sales and marketing environment, highly desirable.

·         Proficient time management and prioritization skills; proven abilities in a customer-oriented, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

·         Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office.

·         Must have own laptop and mobile phone.

 

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

 

·         Detail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow-through.

 

·         Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and drive.

 

·         Excellent problem-solving skills and critical-thinking abilities.
