Junior Digital Producer

WeAreDigital is looking to hire a talented resourceful Junior Producer to join it’s award-winning team of producers, strategists, creatives, and technologists.

We are seeking a unique individual that has the ability to wear many hats when it comes to the Digital space while working within a production team focused on delivering quality output for the company. We encourage only strong applicants with agency experience to apply.

The role

At WeAreDigital a Junior Digital Producer provides support to the Production team for any given projects covering various elements across our project life-cycle including content and campaign management, reporting, testing, asset preparation, resource management, email delivery and administration.

In addition to project support, the Junior Producer will also be responsible for managing small to medium digital projects or aspects of larger projects under the supervision of a Producer. S/he will assist with daily and weekly production tasks and receive exposure to all aspects of interactive production.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Manage trafficking and organisation of project assets.
• Interface with all project team members on a daily and weekly basis.
• Management and monitoring of Digital marketing & Social media campaigns.
• Support day-to-day communications with internal team (coordinates meetings,notes, status reports, task lists, etc).
• Participate in client meetings with producers.
• Manage according to project timelines and budgets.
• General administration support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience (1 to 2 years) working in producing interactive projects, or directly related experience.
• Strong communications and organization skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong writing skills.
• Lateral thinking / Creative.
• Strong familiarity with the state of the Web from a business and Aesthetic perspective.
• Eager to learn.
• Proficiency with MS Office software, preferably including MS Project.
• Understanding the mix/balance of business, creative, and technical work.
• This is a great hands on role where you will be working in a small dynamic team environment so there will be additional duties to perform from time to time in order to ensure that things run smoothly.

Package:
