Head of Digital

Progressive & awarded customer engagement agency is looking for a digital leader with a passion for data & strategy. Blue chip clients. Great office.
It's all about data, insight, strategy, team development and client service at this highly regarded behaviour based marketing agency. They are seeking a polished and experienced senior advertising professional to take charge of their digital department. This is an excellent time to join this established agency as they push in to new territory with some pretty exciting technology.
Main responsibilities of the Head of Digital are:
- Lead consumer insight planning, channel strategy, planning innovations and
CRM/Marketing strategy - Ensure sufficient production and development resource is available to meet project quality and timing requirements
- Ensure development process meets ongoing digital marketing needs
- Develop and present overall CRM and digital marketing solutions to existing and new business clients
- Deliver marketing strategies derived from customer data, research and response analysis
- Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies that support the agency's marketing, digital and communications goals
- Evaluate consumer and industry research, digital trends and relevant technical and user requirements in order to recommend digital strategies and solutions
- Support internal team in their management of clients
- Assist in the identification of new business opportunities
- Remain current on client's industry and digital landscape in general, sharing findings and expertise with client and internal team
In an ideal world you will possess the following:
- 5-7 years relevant Digital/Data strategy and management experience (with mandatory ad agency experience)
- Solid understanding of all digital production elements (you may have earned your stripes in a Digital Producer or technical based role in the past)
- Excellent organisational skills with track record for developing/producing on deadline
- Excellent people management skills (you love developing and mentoring staff)
- Fantastic pitch/presentation skills (you are great at working a room)
- Track record in formulating and executing strategic account development plans
