<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Century Gothic; font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: 10pt;" lang="EN">As Online Marketing Manager, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for the overall content and online trading of the business, working directly with the buying & merchandising teams and with all other stakeholders across this large corporate business. <br /><br />Ideally we&rsquo;re looking for someone from an online retail business but we&rsquo;re also open as long as you have an Online Marketing background and have been heavily involved in eCommerce and the convergent media space. As part of the Online Team you&rsquo;ll need to have an entrepreneurial flair, high level of business acumen and be results driven as the role is all about strategy, content, customer engagement, and sales & revenue. <br /><br />THE JOB:<br />Drive the overall design and development of the web site to ensure an excellent customer experience<br />Develop an onsite marketing and content plan engaging key stakeholders within the Divisional Marketing team ensuring it is cohesive with the overall marketing plan<br />Work with the Internet Marketing Manager to drive quality traffic to the site <br />Optimise the web site in terms of promotions, search configuration, onsite merchandising (cross sells / up sells) to increase sales<br />Develop non-product content and ensure consistency of this across the site<br />Enrich product content with marketing content, buying guides etc to increase conversion rate<br />Manage the delivery of email direct mail campaigns to customers to drive activity on the site and retention<br />Manage internal stakeholders and external third party relationships<br /><br />SKILLS & EXPERIENCE </span></span></p>
